Making a Purchase

Purchasing a copy of the Directory could not be easier. Simply click on the “Buy Online” icon on our homepage and follow the onscreen instructions. If you are having difficulties, or prefer to order by telephone, our representatives are available 24 hours a day on 0870 163 2814.

Customers who require bulk orders are invited to contact our office on 0870 163 2812 (option 4) for details of special discounts which may be available.

Trade Customers are advised that the directory is available through Bertram Books and Gardner's Books. Our wholesalers are Central Books.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards for payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express Maestro and Solo cards. Payment is attempted upon ordering and you will be advised once the transaction has been authorised.

Shipping and Handling

For customers within the UK we do not charge for Postage and Packaging. Customers outside the UK will be charged 20% of the purchase price to cover the additional costs of post and packing, with a minimum of £2.50. Your order is sent via Initial CityLink, a respected UK courier. For more information customers should contact us at help@propertytradedirectory.com

Delivery Schedule

We aim to deliver your order straight away and despatch occurs daily with books being sent via next-day courier. However, at busy periods please allow up to 28 days to receive your order.

Tax Charges

Currently the Directory is zero rated in the UK.

Credit Card Security

Property Information Limited takes every step to ensure that your personal and credit card details remain secure. All credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption through GeoTrust, a respected provider of online security solution. Card payments are processed securely online via HSBC - one of the world's largest clearing banks.

Guarantee/Returns Policy

Any goods we supply that you discover you do not want for any reason can be returned for a refund provided:

  • Returns are made within 7 days
  • The purchaser pays for the cost of returning the goods
  • The goods are returned in “as new” condition and are resalable

Any item that is supplied damaged or faulty will be replaced free of charge but we may ask the purchaser to return the copies before replacing them. To report such a problem contact our Customer Services Department on 0870 163 2813.
